30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and use the order details from your receipt email, or contact us and we will arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Beyond the 30-day guarantee period, part-used billing periods are not automatically refunded, but we review individual requests in good faith — including billing errors, duplicate charges, and accidental renewals, which are always refunded.

Paddle's policy

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders, Paddle's Refund Policy also applies to your purchase.
