- A phone number or program listing is out of date. What do I do?
- Open the organization page and use Report outdated information. Reports go straight to our team and are reviewed within a few business days.
- How do I reset my password?
- Email us at the address below and we'll send a reset link to your account email.
- How do I delete my account?
- Sign in, open Profile, and choose Delete my account. This permanently removes your account, saved favourites, and submitted reports.
- Is this app a crisis service?
- No. Common Ground NS is a directory only. In an emergency call 911. For crisis support in Nova Scotia call the Mental Health Crisis Line at 1-888-429-8167, or dial 211 for community services.
